Tim Baxter is the Director, Service Portfolio for Kodak¹s Global Technical Services. He is responsible for strategies to drive value consumption, and leads the development and implementation of service portfolio design, service marketing, advanced services as well as transition services.
Tim has over 25 years experience in Services for large
and small manufacturers in both domestic and International markets serving the printing and publishing industry. He has significant experience in leading service, manufacturing, and marketing teams in cross functional product and services implementations. Prior to joining Kodak in 2002, he was the Director of Strategy and Marketing for Tech Services International, an independent service provider (subsequently acquired by Kodak) that provided consulting and service support solutions to printing and publishing manufacturers, channel partners, and end users. Previously to this, he was responsible for Worldwide Product Support at Agfa Corporation. In both companies, he developed and implemented service portfolios designed to meet the changing needs of their respective customer bases.
Tim holds an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science from Merrimack College.
