Tom brings 25 years of leadership experience in high growth environments within retail, wholesale and distribution Industries. Tom has management experience in multiple functional areas including finance, accounting, operations, human resource and sales. He has occupied high level leadership roles in various organizations as Director, C.E.O.,
C.F.O, and Vice President of Operations. He also founded a retail operation and expanded into multiple markets.
His career highlights include building a start-up business
from one to four locations within a four year period, and
growing the business to $15 million in sales in that same
time period. Tom also implemented a regional reorganization that increased sales by 28% in the first year.
Tom has a B.S.B.A degree from the University of Missouri
– Columbia and an M.B.A. from Webster University – St. Louis.
Tom has taught various business subjects at East
Central College in Union Missouri.
