Thomas started his career at OpenHR, a leading eApplication company based on SAP HR as a Product Manager for two Organizational Management applications. After having improved and set up robust applications, Thomas rapidly felt the necessity, as being naturally client oriented, to evolve on the costumer side in order to improve his products and
understand the companies’ needs. Thomas then participated in full life-cycle projects on various domains of SAP-
HR at different customers to deepen his transversal knowledge of SAP HR modules as Senior Consultant. Thomas’ experience combined with his communication skills naturally pushed him into leading consultancy position like manage a customer SAP HR team. His experience also led Thomas to global SAP HCM PA-OM roll-out.
On top of his project team lead assignments at various customers, Thomas moved naturally to the position of competence leader in SAP HCM for Capgemini Belgium where he manages the roadmap to develop the SAP HCM team, service offering and partnerships.
