Thomas Schwerzmann joined Molecular Partners as Head of Human Resources in 2014. Since taking up this role, he has built up the HR department to best support Molecular Partners’ growth. Thomas brings to the team a diverse global and functional human resources background. Prior to his role at Molecular Partners, Thomas worked for over ten years at
UBS AG, holding positions including Director Head Leadership and Management Development in Zurich; Director, Leadership and Management Programs in New York; and Global Program Manager for Senior Leadership and HR Change Initiatives. Thomas holds a B.A. and M.A.S. in Learning & Development Management from the University of Zurich.
