Thomas Nogues is an Executive Advisor for CableLabs focusing on providing services to its European members. Before this assignment, he was already involved with Cable Operators as Director of Technology for Cable Europe Labs. Thomas created in 2010 the consulting company KERTOM sprl to provide services to telecom and media companies. Prior to this,
he was Director of Technology for the Motion Picture Association and he held several positions at NDS, a leading Conditional Access and Middleware technology specialist. Thomas started his career within the semiconductor industry at ST Microelectronics.
Thomas Nogues is a frequent speaker on the cable technology and strategy. He holds an engineering's degree in telecommunication from ENST Paris as well as an MBA from Solvay Brussels School Economics and Management.
