Thomas Mills, IV is the President of Kratos’ C5ISR Systems Division, which includes Gichner Systems Group, based near York, PA, and Charleston Marine Containers (CMCI), based in Charleston, SC. With five manufacturing plants, 45 years of experience and approximately 450 employees, Gichner and CMCI are two of the leading suppliers of integrated
mobile shelters and container systems to the U.S. military.
Prior to joining Gichner, Thomas Mills held several senior management positions at various publicly traded and privately held companies. Trained as a CPA, Thomas Mills started his career at KPMG and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Chester University.
