Mr. Massalone currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of SandBox Logistics. He joined the company in September 2013. He has over 15 years of experience working in the energy and logistics sectors. Most recently, Mr. Massalone worked for ConocoPhillips Company where he served as Global Contract Manager. While there he managed over $500 million
in bulk distribution contracts with responsibilities in strategic planning, commercial negotiations and supplier management. Prior to this role, he served as a Senior Analyst in the Global Well Operations organization where he provided analytical support used in the formation of commercial strategies for the company’s hydraulic fracturing contracts valued at over $1 billion. Prior to ConocoPhillips, he served as a Senior Contract Specialist negotiating a wide variety of service contracts ranging from drilling and completion services to transportation contracts for the Gulf Coast Operating Region at EP Energy, formerly El Paso E&P. Mr. Massalone received a BBA from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
