Thomas Ludwig, born on November 21, 1948 in Vechta, has been a Managing Director and Managing Partner of Lindsay Goldberg Vogel GmbH since 2010.
Between 2004 and 2009 Thomas was CEO of Klöckner & Co SE, a German MDAX company. Prior to that, he worked for ThyssenKrupp in the areas of trading and services since 1995, lastly a CEO of
ThyssenKrupp Serv AG. Thomas began his professional career at Klöckner where he was a member of the Board of Management of Klöckner & Co AG until his move to ThyssenKrupp.
Thomas studied at the universities of Göttingen, Freiburg, Glasgow and Bonn and holds a diploma in mathematics. In 1976, he was awarded a doctorate degree in business administration from the University of Bonn.
Thomas has been a member of the Supervisory Board since March 28, 2010 and is currently a member of the Presiding and Nomination Committee.
