Thomas Kraus is the Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer of GEODIS. Thomas Kraus has held senior positions in both Sales and Marketing as well as Chief Executive positions in the Transport and Logistics sector for over 25 years.
Born in Germany, Thomas Kraus joined TNT in Australia in the late 80´s and after a couple of years and relocation
back to Germany continued his career with TNT Express in the German Business Unit. During that time Thomas Kraus held various positions in Sales and Marketing as well as assuming responsibility for leading the Group Marketing. In 2003 Thomas Kraus was appointed Managing Director for Sales and Marketing TNT Express Germany.
In 2006 Thomas Kraus assumed responsibility as CEO for TNT Innight - a multi country organization specializing in the in night distribution with 1200 employees across 7 countries. After successful turnaround of that business Thomas Kraus was also appointed CEO of TNT Express Germany in 2007. A business he led for the following 6 years.
Thomas Kraus is Chairman of the German Quality Award, is a member of the Supervisory Board of Endress + Hauser and is member of the adjunct faculty of WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.
