Thomas is a civil engineer (L) and has extensive experience in international marketing of technical products and 15 years as CEO of the subsidiary of Esselte and Leica (now Hexagon) and a Swedish medical technology company.
Thomas came to the Industrial Development Fund in 1998 and worked among others as investment manager for eight years. Since
2008, he is an asset manager for Industrial Fund's investment activities. Thomas is also a board member of some of the Industrial Development Fund jointly owned venture capital firm.
