Prior to founding Curtis Group Architects in January 1996, Tom spent the first 14 years of his career with HKS Inc. as Associate and Project Manager on a wide variety of large healthcare and commercial projects. Tom’s career path led to a specialization in all aspects of healthcare planning and design. His expertise includes facility
masterplanning, acute care hospitals, rehab hospitals, surgery centers, medical office buildings, wellness centers, cancer centers, and imaging centers.
Tom emphasizes his concept of personal professionalism: one-on-one personal service to each client while providing high-quality, cost-effective solutions in an efficient and professional manner. He will ensure that the Owner’s vision is met and exceeded by leading design and planning processes, communicating Owner requirements to the entire project team.
