Mr. Thomas A. Broughton III, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Executive Officer and the President of ServisFirst Bancshares Inc. since 2007 and ServisFirst Bank since May 2005. Mr. Broughton served as the President of De Novo First Commercial Bank (Birmingham, AL), a state banking corporation from 1985 to August 2004. He has experience in
banking has afforded him opportunities to work in many areas of banking and has given him exposure to all bank functions. Mr. Broughton served as the entirety of his 29-year banking career in the Birmingham area. Mr. Broughton served as the President and also served as the Chief Executive Officer of First Commercial Bank (Birmingham, AL) since 1992.
