Ted Eidukas joined WEC Energy Group as vice president of regulatory affairs in April 2016.
In this role, Eidukas provides state regulatory strategic direction and analysis and directs compliance with the economic rules, regulations, and directives set by state economic regulatory commissions for WEC Energy Group utilities. He also oversees pricing
structure and terms of service, rate cases, and any filings before state regulatory commissions.
Eidukas has more than 20 years of experience in utility regulatory and commercial litigation, most recently as a partner at Quarles & Brady LLP. During that time, Eidukas represented electric, natural gas, telecommunications and water utilities before the Illinois Commerce Commission and the Illinois circuit, appellate and supreme courts.
Eidukas earned his bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in economics and political science from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois, and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago.
Eidukas has been an adjunct faculty member at John Marshall Law School and a faculty member for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Negotiation Program. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
