Terry Sutton is a seasoned senior executive with over 25 years of experience in Operations, Technology and Customer Experience. She most recently was at L.L.Bean where she oversaw the E-commerce and Marketing departments as Senior Vice-President of the Direct Channel. Prior to that she was the VP of Customer Satisfaction for L.L.Bean, responsible
for four call centers and over 1,000 employees. She is unique in her ability to bring together people, process and technology to solve complex business problems and is known for her ability to translate strategy into action. Her passion for the customer experience and business process design and optimization positions her well to scale DAVO Technologies for the future. Terry has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T. and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
