Terry has a deep background in medical equipment and bio-medical monitoring. As a senior staff member at Masimo he was responsible for the design and development of opto-electric semiconductor components for non-invasive medical sensors.
He directed the development process from concept through assembly level performance and manufacturability
including the creation of the infrastructure ecosystem to support fabrication of multi-million pieces per year. At Orthodyne Electronics Terry developed 16-axis automated equipment for semiconductor assembly.
Working in every area of robotics including mechanical design system control, process engineering and test/measurement he brought a new generation of ground-up machines to market in record time. Terry holds a BSME from Stevens Institute of Technology where he was a Stevens Scholar.
He also has two years of formal art training from Occidental College. He has studied Latin, Modern American Literature, and lots of art between his engineering pursuits. He can also skipper an offshore racing sailboat and plays a mean game of street soccer.
