Terry Johnson serves as Director of Operations for Trilithic. In this role Mr. Johnson directs and manages the manufacturing and materials activities of the Company which includes staffing, planning, improving efficiency, and repair service. Mr. Johnson has a passion for establishing goals and procedures with focus on high quality with cost
management.
Mr. Johnson has 35 years of experience in the electronic test equipment industry, 20 plus of which have been with Trilithic in various manufacturing management positions. Prior to joining Trilithic in 1992, Mr. Johnson had a background in Machine Shop Management and new product development. He was the Vice President and co-founder of the former Indy Fabricating, an Indianapolis based precision sheet metal fabricator for the electronics industry. Mr. Johnson previously worked at Rockwell International while attending USC Irvine, majoring in mechanical design.
Mr. Johnson enjoys antiquing, home improvement, and spending time with his grandchildren.
