Terry Hill is Art.com Inc.'s Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. He joined the company in June 2002 and oversees staffing, leadership development, performance management, organization development, employee training, benefits and compensation, labor law compliance and employee communication.
Terry brings more than 20 years
of human resources experience at a senior management level. He has worked in HR generalist roles as well as business development and operations roles for HR outsourcing companies. Prior to joining Art.com Terry was Director, West Coast and Human Resources Services at Advantius, a human resources outsourcing ASP.
Terry received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a M.S. in Human Resources at Chapman University, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
