Terrence O’Connor is Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer of Forbes Media.
Mr. O’Connor joined Forbes as General Counsel in 1990 and was promoted to Vice President-General Counsel in 1992 and then Senior Vice President- General Counsel in January 2003. He served on the board of Forbes Media from 2006 to September 2014
when the Company was sold to its current owners.
He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Seton Hall University in 1972. He received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1975. He resides in Somerset County, New Jersey, with his wife, Lisa. They have four children (Kori, Callen, Samantha and Alexandra) and eight grandchildren.
