Thomas (Tee) Harton is Senior Director of Outside Plant Engineering and Architecture in Cox Communications’ Outside Plant Department. Tee has almost 30 years of cable industry experience and leads the OSP Engineering & Architecture Team in Atlanta. He provides strategic planning and design support for RF and FTTH solutions with a focus on the
HFC/Access network; collaborates with boundary partners to establish network standards and specifications; develops a strategic HFC/Access network plan; and refines network performance metrics. Prior to coming to Cox, Tee spent more than 20 years in the HFC RF equipment vendor space, working for prominent technology companies like Scientific Atlanta, Antec, ADC and others. Since the beginning of his career, Tee’s focus has been on making HFC Networks more efficient and effective.
