Tedd Dicus-Hollywood California area born with strong Texas raised roots. Growing up along the sunny Los Angeles coast line, his family relocated to Houston, Texas to be closer to the majority of their relatives. Holding a Conrad Hilton school of Hotel Management accelerated program certification through the University of Houston, his career
began spending a decade climbing the corporate latter with organizations such as Hawthorn Suites, Bristol Suites, Holiday Inn & Marriott national hotel chains.
While employed at the level of National Sales & Training Manager in the hotel business, the family entrepreneurial genetics kicked in and he started a side landscaping business which he utilized to eventually capital fund his first residential duplex purchase. That initial purchase launched his residential investing career which lead to the acquisition and remodeling in a duplex community, multiple single family homes and eventually progressed into building customs homes throughout Austin and the surrounding areas. Several of which are valued well over a million dollars.
After over a decade of remodeling, building new homes and residential & commercial concrete work, he took on a new adventure and co-founded a cosmetic surgery center and medical spa, Physicians Hair Restoration Center, specializing in the fast growing segments of hair restoration & skin rejuvenation. The unpredictable timing of the 2008/09 recession however created many challenges for this 5 star surgical facility located in the beautiful LaCenterra shopping Center in Katy, Texas. Like so many other businesses during this devastating recession, the decision was made to re-group, re-focus and he eventually returned to the industry that he had such a passion for which ultimately resulted in a grand come back during the most recent housing boom and continues today.
In his early 20's having encountered a near death experience, being revived twice during surgery, his perspective on life is that of few. He believes strongly in life balance, not taking things too seriously nor for granted and spending time investing in those things you find value in that touch the core of your heart. This outlook has been the foundation for the relationship and love he has for his children. Now young adults, he is humbled by being a part of their lives and takes great pride in who they have become, their individual accomplishments and personal growth. He enjoys encouraging and assisting them with their dreams and is happy to see them fulfilling their passion calling. His daughter, beautiful, creative and carrying the family entrepreneurial gene, is currently working towards the opening of her own cosmetic company specializing in eye brow micro-blading and scalp micro-pigmentation. His son, dashing with a huge caring heart, is currently an EMT and has returned to college to complete his Associates and become a licensed Paramedic.
Growing up impoverished in his adolescent years, created a steadfast character trait and deep rooted desire to give back to the community. He considers himself extremely blessed to have overcome those humble beginnings and takes the responsibility of sharing his life lessons and gifts with others and giving back very seriously. He finds peace and believes he is kept grounded by, amongst other things, volunteering for organizations such as Hospice-Austin, Habitat for Humanity-Williamson County, Project Pay It Forward, Discovery Austin and The Arc of Katy. Additionally, he currently resides on the board of, or has held a position on, several profit and non-profit organizations such the Katy Chamber of Commerce Fund Raising Committee, Project Pay it Forward, True Colors, Discovery Austin , Teen Discovery and his community HOA.

In his "spare time" he finds peace in some of his pleasures and passions such as: spending time with family, singing karaoke, acting, soaking up the sun while listening to the ocean waves along any coast, horse back riding, household construction projects, working out, volunteering, sharing and thinking of ways to simply make a difference.
