Prior to Luxe, Mr. Williams served as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development of A&D in the Global Energy Investment Banking Group of Citigroup headquartered in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining Citi, Mr. Williams was an A&D Execution Lead with RBC Richardson Barr, a Petroleum Consultant with Cawley, Gillespie &
Associates, and a Production Engineer with Chevron Corporation in the South Texas Business Unit and the International Business Unit. Prior to his career in energy, Mr. Williams spent several years in finance with Morgan Stanley. He was also a U.S. Marine Corps Scout Sniper attaining the rank of Sergeant before being honorably discharged.
Mr. Williams graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor of Art degree in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
