As a core member of the technical team at ActionHRM, all new solution feature sets are provisioned with Ted’s direct input, ensuring consistent, clear and effective use of coding techniques, allow the product to consistently scale to meet the increasing complexity of Human Resource Management requirements in the mid-market.
Since early 2014 Ted
has been directing all activity in the development department, incorporating, application architecture, quality assurance for all new customisations and their subsequent live deployment.
