Ted Gilkey is an authority in the educational leadership and administration industries. Ted has been involved in the educational administration system for almost 35 years, so his experience and leadership in the field are sought out by many.
Today, Ted Gilkey works as a Professor Emeritus at Salisbury University. He offers many workshops that
teach educational leadership and administration. He is the Program Director for the Education Leadership Program, helping new educators in obtain their master’s degree in education along with earning principal certification. In addition to this, Ted has created a collaborative professional development program with three institutions of higher learning and groups of administrators from four rural counties whose main goal is to acquire skills to improve student achievement.
