Taus Wolfsberg is a Managing Director in Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group. Mr. Wolfsberg brings over 15 years of experience leading large and complex buy-side and sell-side financial and integrated due diligence projects.
Additionally, he has also advised on pre-sale review, restructuring, IPOs and SPA. Mr. Wolfsberg has worked
across multiple sectors with a focus on industrial manufacturing, business services, consumer retail and private equity services.
Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Wolfsberg served with KPMG for 20+ years in Sweden, Denmark, the United Kingdom and Russia. For more than 15+ years he has counseled clients on transaction advisory issues across Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Asia.
At KPMG, Mr. Wolfsberg headed the Private Equity Group and was previously part of the Executive Management team most recently serving as the Head of Deal Advisory at KPMG Sweden.
Mr. Wolfsberg has been Global Lead Partner for several large and mid-cap private equity firms as well as global corporates within the industrial manufacturing and automotive segment. Mr. Wolfsberg specializes in cross border projects with target companies that have both European and worldwide operations.
Mr. Wolfsberg earned a master’s degree in financial & management accounting and auditing from Copenhagen Business School.
