Tan Seng Kit has over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur, executive director, board member, visionary leader and advisor in the field of information technology, oil and gas and healthcare. He has demonstrated leadership skills in business development, general management, strategic and tactical planning, and has a solid track record of
turning businesses around to make them more competitive and profitable in today’s challenging marketplace.
In his capacity as Group Managing Director for Strateq Group and Chairman & CEO for Strateq Health Inc, he is focus on improving performance and laying the foundation for building competitive advantage for the Group’s products and services, in addition to strategizing with the management team on growth strategies, key initiatives and market opportunities.
He has been instrumental for the Group’s partnerships and alliance relationships and under his leadership the organization has grown both breath and scale and is now present in five countries in Asia and in the United States.
Mr. Tan brings with him over a decade of technology expertise honed in the oil & gas and retail technology industry. He started out as a systems engineer at SCS Systems Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. Subsequently, he joined Shell Malaysia as a consultant on retail technology before moving to Singapore to take on a leadership and business development role in Singapore Computer Systems Ltd where he successfully expanded and made profitable, the oil and gas vertical. He accelerated growth for the organization rapidly and was given the mandate to take responsibility of the sales and operations portfolio.
