She owns her own consulting firm focused on helping the composting and recycling industry with education, permitting, compliance issues, design, construction, process efficiency, product quality, outreach and marketing. She has worked with a number of
operators in the industry over the past ten years and served as President and Board Member for the Washington State Organic Recycling Council.
Tamara graduated from University of Washington (Civil Engineering, MSE) and Washington State University (Crop and Soil Sciences, MS).
