Mrs. Marelly has extensive experience in advising public and private companies on all aspects of Corporate Law, Security Law and regulation of Capital Markets.
Before joining Deep Instinct, Mrs. Marelly was part of the corporate and securities department as well as the infrastructure department at Raved Magriso Benkel & Co. Law Offices in Tel
Aviv, where she worked on a wide variety of corporate and security matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions, corporate finance, representing a broad array of companies in their day-to-day legal and business activities as well as other general corporate matters. In addition, Mrs. Marelly has extensive experience in complex infrastructure projects in a variety of fields.
Ms. Marelly holds an L.L.B in Law & B.B.A in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center, Israel.
