I am a CFO who crunches complex issues through analysis of data, and provides input and solutions to the strategy process. Once the strategy for the business is set, I am the one who takes responsibility for the execution itself, ensuring that the business achieves its goals. 70% of all transformations do not achieve the desired results - this is where I can help increase the likelihood of success.
