Ross is an MSK partner in Los Angeles, chairing MSK’s Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Group and assisting clients with implementing privacy, system protection and breach policies. She also chairs MSK’s Regulatory Practice Group which focuses on import/export and related issues, especially compliance programs addressing the requirements of
the various agencies with jurisdiction, including CBP, DDTC, BIS, Census and others.
She is a co-founder of www.canada-usblog.com; Member, American Association of Exporters and Importers’ Industry Leadership Council; Steering Committee Member, American Bar Association, International Law Section, Customs Law, International Trade, and Export Controls and Economic Sanctions Committees; past Chair, District Export Council of Southern California, and a 2016-2017 member of the National District Export Council Steering Committee. She also a member of Direct Women’s International Boards Committee.
