Mr. Surinder Kumar Bhoan (67) is Chairman (Independent) of the Company since 30th March; 2015.He has done B. Tech from TITS, Bhiwani in Haryana. He has over 45 years of experience in various fields like Research Institutions, Renewable Energy, Investment Banking, Development Banking and Textile Industry. He retired as General Manager from IFCI Ltd.
He has served as Director on the board of several companies.
