Dr. Gupta received his medical degree from Punjabi University, Punjab, India.
He completed his his residency in anatomic and clinical pathology as well as his fellowship in Nephropathology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr Gupta has over 30 years of experience and is board certified in anatomic pathology, clinical
pathology and cytopathology.
He has worked in and directed academic and non-academic hospital laboratories and has extensive experience working in an independent laboratory setting.
Dr Gupta maintains an affiliation with UMDNJ as a a Clinical Assistant Professor of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology.
In addition, Dr Gupta is also an avid tennis fan.
