Chang is Vice President and Chief of Technology for Wiwynn Corporation, and is responsible for product development, technical strategy and the development process. Before the inception of Wiwynn Corporation, he was the Chief of Mechanical Design for the Enterprise Business Group of Wistron Corporation and EE head of the storage business unit.
Dr.
Chang has successfully built product development teams for Wiwynn to support technology research and product development.
Through his leadership, Dr. Chang has integrated team work from multiple functions and delivered state of the art equipment for the data center. Dr. Chang brings more than two decades of product development experience from automation, defense, semi-conductor equipment and IT software industries.
Dr. Chang earned his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland at College Park and BS from National Taiwan University.
