Sun Hui graduated from the Beijing Institute of Technology with and obtained Chinese Certified Public Accountant. He has
nearly two decades of experience in the financial and capital markets, has one of the world's four largest accounting firm KPMG for many years, worked in China and the United States engaged in audit work. Also served as deputy general manager of Maersk China Limited Financial, Microsoft China R & D Group financial officer. Where network before adding, SUN Hui served as containing air network (Nasdaq: KONG) Chief Financial Officer, has overall responsibility for financial, legal and investor relations. Currently, Sun Hui also served with SouFun (NYSE: SFUN) Chairman of the Audit Committee and the independent directors. Sun Hui was combined with their work experience writing auditing theory and practical aspects of book "The Numbers", by the China Financial and Economic Publishing House.
