As Chief Customer Officer, Sue oversees all aspects of the customer acquisition cycle for Halogen, including market strategy, sales effectiveness, service delivery and customer retention. Sue and her team enable an integrated talent management engagement platform through effective requirements gathering, demonstrations and deployment.
Sue joined
Halogen in 2006 on the professional services team where she was responsible for designing and implementing the deployment framework of the Halogen TalentSpace solution. With over 20 years' experience in the enterprise technology solutions industry, Sue brings a strong commitment to customer success and has been fortunate to experience Halogen's growth from a start-up to where it is today.
The role diversity in Sue's career has led to a broad perspective on customer acquisition and retention strategies and tactics. Prior to joining Halogen, Sue was involved in various management roles with successful startups like Kinaxis and Corel Corporation.
Sue holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Carleton University.
