Stuart Browne runs Capital Markets for New Cities Investment Partners a Bay Area real estate Multifamily developer how had developed $2,5B historically. Prior to New Cities, Mr. Browne was the CEO of Kastle Capital, a consolidator of hedge funds. He was the Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales for Good Harbor Financial responsible for
marketing the firms’ strategies to institutional pension plans, endowments and foundations. Good Harbor raised $12B in three years. He was an Institutional Field Consultant for Decision Analytics, an institutional investment adviser for Fortune 400 companies. Among his accomplishments, he assisted the State of Hawaii in negotiating the only institutional settlement of auction rate securities of over $1.1B. Prior to Decision Analytics, Mr. Browne was the Director of Domestic Acquisitions and Capital Partnerships for Silverleaf Holdings, a private real estate investment company. He also served as Vice President of Investments at Pinnacle Realty, Americas largest apartment management company with then a $17B multifamily portfolio, where he sold a multifamily project forNew Cities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Browne led corporate development at two private investment banking companies, Diagonal Integration and Six Sigma Group, advising companies on capital formation from the private and public capital markets. While still in college, he founded the fifth largest mortgage banking company in St. Louis, Greenwich Mortgage, which he sold to J.P. Morgan Chase. Stuart was raised in Europe, attended St. Louis University and Maryville University, holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and a minor in information systems. He is an advisor to venture capital backed technology companies, private funds and hosts international business executives seeking US partnerships.
