Steven Wacaster is a Partner at Pegasus. Mr. Wacaster is chair of the firm's Sustainable Communities Business Unit.
Previously, Mr. Wacaster worked in the Financial Sponsors/Leveraged Finance Group at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York where he worked on buyout transactions and debt and equity issuances in a broad array of
industries, including energy, general industrials, consumer products and environmental services. Investments in which he has been highly involved include Climatec Building Technologies Group, Lighting Science Group, Universal Lubricants, Cannondale Bicycle Corp, ImageSat International, and NSI Group.
Mr. Wacaster currently serves on the boards of Climatec Building Technologies Group, Lighting Science Group Corporation, Universal Lubricants, Olympus Insurance Company and NSI Group.
Mr. Wacaster is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.
He joined Pegasus in 2005.
