Steven Sherman joined Cardno Limited as a Non-Executive Director in January 2016. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency. His experience ranges from advising on and facilitating restructuring and turnaround strategies, to the re-engineering of entire businesses.
Steven is the
National Managing Partner of Ferrier Hodgson based in Sydney. He practices in the area of financial and operational restructuring and provides professional advice to financiers and lending syndicates, as well as company boards and executives.
Steven has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Restructuring and Turnaround Association.
