Steven Schaffer has served as a Director since March 2015. He is a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee.
Steven Schaffer retired from The Boeing Company in April 2010 where he most recently served as vice president and general manager of Supplier Management, responsible for all outside production for Boeing Commercial
Airplanes. He brings more than 36 years of experience in production and supply chain management at one of LMI’s largest customers. Steven Schaffer also has served on the boards of various nonprofit and civic organizations.
