Steven Renbaum is responsible for the overall direction of Loanzy including product development, logistics, and capital relationships. Mr. Renbaum has spent the past ten years in the real estate investment and brokerage communities in New York City. Most recently, as Managing Partner at Cygnus Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing
investment opportunities and coordinating acquisition efforts with capital partners. Mr. Renbaum also lead the company’s leasing advisory platform representing tenants and landlords in New York City. Prior to entering the real estate industry, in 2002 Mr. Renbaum was a founding team member of Critical Mention, a technology company that provides web-based real time broadcast monitoring services for the corporate communications and public relations community. Mr. Renbaum played a critical role in courting and procuring investment capital to fund the Company’s early days. Today, the company is regarded as best in class and employs more than 50 people at its headquarters in New York City. Originally from Baltimore, Mr. Renbaum graduated from Syracuse University and currently resides in New York City.
