Steven McCoy was born on 19-July-1988 in Newark, New Jersey. He spent most of his childhood in New Jersey. He also suffers from retinitis Pigmentosa (Steven is legally blind) and Usher syndrome. Despite the difficulties, Steven completed his school studies and later graduated from Essex County College then studied Media Arts, Minor Creative Writing at NJCU (New Jersey City University).
Steven McCoy started his career as an intern for Walt Disney Company as an intern in Orlando, Florida. His talent was recognized by Disney and he was offered a job as Host for Radio Disney in New York and even got to work for Disney Theatrical Production too. One of the best things that happened to Steven during his time at Disney was him being anointed as "Angel'' for Disney's charity program called "VoluntEARS". Steven had a good experience in writing too, as he later started working as a Scriptwriter for BET Network's "106th and Park". His personal desire to get the freedom to do whatever he wants and set the rule by himself was the reason Steven ventured into entrepreneurship as he started his own company Spoken Entertainment LLC. Spoken Entertainment LLC is known to millions of people for its exceptional format of creative online content featuring interviews with renowned public figures and covering red carpets and virtual online events. Then he started his own show "Sessions with Steven". He often writes articles and conducts interviews too.
Steven McCoy is famous for his philanthropy works. He has hosted many charity events and book giveaway drives. Steven has been on a promotional tour via Zoom to raise awareness of eye disease Retinitis Pigmentosa. Recently Steven McCoy organized a Christmas charity event via Social Media titled "Sessions with Santa '' where he and his family gave away money and gift cards and prizes, to poor families and kids with autism. He also did a book bag drive giving away school supplies to children in Newark, NJ.
