Steven studied Executive
Management at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He was then employed at Hamilton Sundstrand for fifteen years, where he moved up within the ranks of the company; starting in an entry-level position, he was gradually promoted to Manager of Compensation and Benefits, head of labor and management issues, and was finally put in charge of global accountability for all of the company’s manufacturing sites across the world.
Steven Lodis has served as served as the Senior Director for Human Resources at Honeywellm the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Corbis Digital, and Vice President of Human Resources at G/O Digital. He is currently the VP of HR at Avella Specialty Pharmacy, one of the fastest-growing companies in Arizona.
In addition to his leadership experience, Steven Lodis has also worked as an HR consultant, in which he advised small and mid-sized companies on all aspect of human resources. He enjoys the responsibilities involved in assessing a company’s operations and needs, and recommending best practices.
