Mr. Steven C. Graham, also known as Steve, serves as the Senior Managing Principal of Graham Partners at The Graham Group. Mr. Graham founded Graham Partners in 1988 and oversees all of the activities including, transaction and investment sourcing, structuring, evaluating, monitoring, negotiation, and divesting; working with more than 10 portfolio
companies; and handling relationships with its fund's limited partners. At the firm, his team oversaw corporate finance and development activities relating to operating interests associated with $850 million - working on M&A, managing merger, acquisition and joint venture transactions completed in Italy, France, Canada, The United Kingdom, Poland, Brazil and Argentina, as well as major financings and the divestiture of a controlling interest in Graham Packaging Company to Blackstone.
From 1988 to 1999, Mr. Graham oversaw The Graham Group's global acquisition, joint venture, and financing activities, culminating with the sale of a controlling interest in Graham Packaging to The Blackstone Group in 1998. During this time, he was also serving as a Senior Group Vice President of Capital Allocation and Risk Management of Graham Packaging Company, L.P.
