Mr. Bryant has been an investment banker since 1986. He started his career with growth companies and specialized in finding the companies that would “make tomorrows headlines and positioning his clients early when the valuation potential was huge”. His largest success came when he supported a small company with a new technology called M-Peg.
The technology was a digital coding that allowed for a higher capacity of information to be stored in a given space, leading to the CD’s and DVD’s of the 90’s, and eventually MP3 audio files. As a broker, he held the series 7 license. As a sales manager he held the series 24, or Principal’s license. Mr. Bryant was a manger for over a decade before becoming owner of Farrand Financial Services, a licensed Investment Bank/Broker Dealer, and a member of the (NIBA) . Mr. Bryant is currently CEO of Spotlight At Night Inc., which was incorporated in South Florida in March of 2011.
