Mr. Steve Warren is a co–founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Technology Officer of MyVest. Mr. Warren manages all the company's operational functions and technology development.
Mr. Warren joined Lehman Brothers in 1987 and built the first mortgage-backed securities management system using a distributed architecture. His technology
leadership experience also includes five years at Financial Technologies International, now GoldenSource, helping corporate clients migrate back office systems from mainframe to distributed architectures. From 1998 to 2001, he served as Chief Technology Officer for Argenisis, a subsidiary of Tenfold, a software products and services company, leading teams that built both securities lending and energy trading management systems.
In 1986, Mr. Warren was commissioned as a second lieutenant for the United States Army Corps of Engineers and is currently a retired reservist. He graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering.
