Steve is a chartered accountant and joined the board as Chief Financial Officer in June 2011. He was formerly Corporate Development Director and assisted in preparing the Group for its reverse takeover on the Alternative Investment Market, as well as leading the subsequent acquisition and disposal programme for the Group. Prior to joining Daisy,
Steve spent 11 years at Ernst & Young, as an Audit Partner and then a Corporate Finance Partner. Whilst there, he was instrumental in numerous main market and AIM transactions in the technology and telecoms industries.
