Steve is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for TAS Energy and is responsible for corporate compliance, litigation management and contract review.
Prior to joining the company full time in May 2012, Steve was outside counsel for TAS Energy as a partner of O'Connor, Craig, Gould, Evans & Rohr specializing in corporate
finance, acquisitions and business litigation.
Before joining O'Connor, Craig, Gould, Evans & Rohr, Mr. Rohr was a Co-founder and the General Counsel for the Prison Entrepreneurship Program, and an attorney at Carr & Ferrell, LLP in the Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Mr. Rohr has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and received his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Texas and California.
