Steve Ritchie is President and CEO of Papa John’s, one of the largest pizza companies in the world that employs more than 120,000 corporate and franchise team members in 50 states, and 45 countries and territories worldwide.
Ritchie has been with the company for more than two decades, serving in a variety of roles as his experience and leadership
grew. In 2006, he became a franchise owner himself, which provides him distinct insight into the perspectives of those who own and operate Papa John’s restaurants on a local level.
As CEO, Ritchie leads global development and facilitates brand awareness by driving the company’s strategic planning. He is a firm believer that Papa John’s best ingredient is its people, and is passionate about ensuring that the brand is one that people are proud to work for, partner with and order from.
Ritchie grew up in Louisville, Kentucky, where he currently resides with his wife and two daughters.
