Steve oversees all day-to-day operations and functions of our organization. Steve has over 30 years of diversified healthcare experience, ranging from sales and marketing to operational acumen and acquisition integration. He has been a director of our organization since 2004.
Previously, from February 2007 to May 2008, Steve served as Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of Omniflight Helicopter, Inc., a Dallas-based air medical services company.
He previously served from October 2004 through October 2006 as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Trinity Hospice, a national hospice provider.
Prior to joining Trinity Hospice, from November 1999 to August 2004, he was Chief Executive Officer of InSight, a national provider of diagnostic imaging services.
Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Centratex Support Services, Inc., a support services company for the healthcare industry and had previously held other senior level positions with healthcare industry firms.
He holds a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations from Wayne State University and a Master's degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University.
