Steve Ditto has over 25 years experience working with healthcare organizations to develop innovative solutions to their most pressing clinical, financial, and operational issues.
Steve is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Lantern, a digital mental health company helping people manage anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Lantern
combines clinical expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with consumer-grade web and mobile technology and personalized 1:1 coaching. The result is an effective and engaging experience people enjoy using and recommend to family and friends. The model is highly cost effective and very scalable so it can reach millions of people on a global basis to deliver the support they need. Lantern works closely with employers, payers, and providers to help their employees, members, and patients lead longer, healthier, happier, and more productive lives.
Prior to his work at Lantern, Steve was Chief Business Development officer at Schumacher Clinical Partners a $1B+ provider of Emergency and Hospital Management services serving over 500 hospital clients. Steve helped reposition the company as a technology-enabled clinical services provider delivering high quality, cost effective healthcare services.
Steve has also served in executive roles at a number of national healthcare consulting, technology, and outsourcing firms including Accenture, Hewlett Packard, EDS, and Price Waterhouse.
Steve graduated from Vanderbilt with a degree in Electrical Engineering and has served as a member of the Alumni Association Board.
