Steve Collymore, or the “gentle giant” as he’s known in the kitchen, entered the culinary industry at the tender age of 17 and now has more than 20 years of experience having worked in many fine dining operations on Barbados and Bermuda, as well as running a successful catering operation for seven years. He’s taken the helm at pureocean on Barbados
and is excited to show off his culinary skills.
